Award Report

Guideline to reporting for award winners

Updated over a week ago

Recipients of any match funding or cash prizes must submit the following Award Report once they complete their project detailing how the award money and creators benefits were used. If the winning project is not completed within 12 months, winner must still submit a Award Report detailing the current status of their project.

Award Report must be delivered as a PDF to [email protected] and include the following information:

  • link to a video of the winner sharing an update on the current status of the project;

  • written explanation of how the award money and artist benefits were used;

  • written description of progress made on the project including successes you're proud to share;

  • written description of any setbacks or challenges to producing your project;
