Grant winners much submit the following Grant Report once they complete their project detailing how the award money and artist benefits were used. If the winning project is not completed within 12 months, grant winner must still submit a Grant Report detailing the current status of their project.
Grant Report must be delivered as a PDF to the grant admins and include the following information:
link to a video of the grant winner sharing an update on the current status of the project;
written explanation of how the award money and artist benefits were used;
written description of progress made on the project including successes you're proud to share;
written description of any setbacks or challenges to producing your project;
