Prohibited Activities, Industries, and Goods

Upon detection of a potential AUP violation, Artizen will take the following steps:
Investigation: Conduct a thorough review of the reported or detected activity to ascertain the violation.
Notification: Inform the user(s) involved in the violation of our findings and the impending actions.
Action: Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, actions may include warning the user, removing the content or project, suspending or terminating the user’s account, and/or reporting the activity to the appropriate legal authorities.
Appeal Process: Users will have the opportunity to appeal against the decision by providing additional context or evidence for review by Artizen.
