If you win an Artizen grant please follow these instructions to submit an invoice and receive your award money.

STEP 1: Create your invoice

Feel free to use any software you like to create your invoice. We use Google docs to create our invoices. The internet is full of templates but here is a good one.

STEP 2: Required Info

In order to receive payment your invoice will need to be made out to Artizen Works Limited (390 Evans Bay Parade, Hataitai, Wellington, 6021, NZ) and include the following information:

  • The name of the grant you won and the ending date of the award

  • The total award amount

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your personal physical mailing address (regulators require this)

  • Your Bank Name

  • Your Bank Account Number

  • Your SWIFT Code / Routing Number / IBAN

  • Your Bank's physical mailing address

STEP 3: Email us your invoice

Once you have created your invoice, please email it to [email protected]. We will process your payment as soon as possible, however, it can take as long as 45 days to receive your payment.
